Hi, I'm Mark. I no longer identify with intrusive thoughts.

Here you have everything you need to eliminate ocd’s intrusive thoughts step by step. I had intrusive thoughts for 35 years but no longer care and no meds either! There are no triggers. There is a one page step by step document and audio explanations of what’s in the document. God bless you!

This may save your life, It did mine. Over 8 years ago, I stopped suffering from intrusive thoughts. I had pure-o scrupulosity (religious ocd). It was a process to become fully healed. You will not solve ocd on your own, Don’t bother to try to figure it out, because you are stuck in your own head. What I say below was from inspiration outside of my own thoughts. Were they miraculous? YES!
No therapist i saw understood ocd and I was too frightened to face erp therapy. I did get a little insight from general psychology, which helped. I definitely needed and wanted to be helped.
Each point below must be meditated on. These are not just a top ten list to read once. They are impactful concepts.
1.You must want to be healed.2. You must have an action plan and not respond to any thought that bothers you. Have a goal and keep your eyes on the prize. Stay with it and don’t give up3. You must admit to Jesus that you are weak (stop trying to solve it yourself) and ask Him to solve your version of ocd for you (casting your cares).4. Become an observer of your thoughts.5. The ocd thought is an imposter thought. It is an impersonation of your voice.6. Your true self vs what you think is your true self.7. Do the opposite. Use the ocd thought against itself and offer praise thankfulness and gratitude. In summary:There was a thought (not I had a thought) - point 4.It sounded like me but it wasn’t - point 5I disagree with the thought and do not accept it – point 6Thank you Jesus for (anything praiseworthy) that I can see, walk, my family, friends, have a job, I love and am loved, etc. One of these is enough for each ocd thought. - Point 7When I had an intrusive thought, I would consciously say:There was a thought. It sounded like me but it wasn’t. I disagree with the thought and do not accept it. Thank you Jesus for loving me, etc.It took some time but I gained control of my thoughts and did not let scrupulosity have control. When I gained control, I stopped caring whether or not I had a scrupulous thought. When I stopped caring is when it went away. I hope this helps.Absolutely listen to the audio explanations of the above concepts. Reading the above is not enough.
